Robotic Cell for handling Metal profiles
Design, manufacture and complete integration of a robotic cell for handling profiles.
This project starts from the need to automate a manual process, with integration and programming of the Yaskawa robot, design and manufacture of tables, transport and push systems, line safety, and installation and commissioning of the plant assembly.
Bogie ferroviario "Mammut"
MAMMUT is the device designed by GHG to allow access to the road of heavy vehicles with the advantages of:
- No need for vehicle modification
- You do not need a new vehicle itv
- Maintains the maximum load capacity of the vehicle
- Allows regulation between different track widths
- Allows its use between different vehicles
- Allows circulation at a lower height than other devices.
- It allows the reversal of the direction of travel with easy activation.
- Allows basic maintenance
